MyHomeGenie (myhomegenie.ca) is operated by 7 Estates, a real estate company that helps buyers, sellers, and investors explore pre-construction homes and condos across Ontario. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our AI assistant, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact details — your name and a phone number or email address, if you fill out the “Talk to a real person” form or give this information to our AI assistant during a chat.
• What you tell us — any message, budget, timeline, or property preferences you share, either through the contact form or in conversation with the AI assistant.
• General interest signals — when you use a filter or click a quick-action button (e.g. a city, budget range, or property type), we log that as a soft interest signal, without requiring your name or contact info.

We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or advertising cookies on this site. Your chat conversation is stored locally in your own browser (so you can resume it later on the same device) — it is not saved on our servers as a permanent record.

Why we collect it

We use the information above only to:

• Respond to your inquiry and match you with relevant pre-construction listings.
• Have a member of our team follow up if you've asked to speak with someone.
• Understand general interest trends (e.g. which cities or budgets are most searched) to keep our listings useful.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything beyond the purposes above.

Who we share it with

When you ask to be connected with our team, your contact details and inquiry are sent to our internal customer relationship system so a real person can follow up. We also rely on a small number of service providers to run this site and our AI assistant — each only processes the information needed to do its specific job, and none are permitted to use your information for their own purposes:

• A website hosting provider (serves the site itself).
• A database provider (stores property listings and, where applicable, your submitted contact request).
• An AI conversation platform (powers the chat assistant).
• An automation/CRM connector (routes a submitted contact request to our internal team).

How long we keep it

We retain contact requests for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for legitimate business record-keeping. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the details below and we'll action it.

Your choices

You're never required to give contact information to browse listings or use the AI assistant for general questions — it's only needed if you want a real person to follow up. You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have on file for you.
• Correct information that's inaccurate.
• Delete your information from our records.
