These terms govern your use of myhomegenie.ca, operated by 7 Estates (“MyHomeGenie,” “we,” “us”). By browsing this site or using the chat assistant, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province, to use this site or submit an inquiry through it. By using MyHomeGenie, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Using the site

MyHomeGenie is provided to help you explore pre-construction homes and condos across Ontario. You're welcome to browse listings, use the filters, and chat with our assistant. Please don't use the site in a way that disrupts it, attempts to access parts of it you're not authorized to reach, or scrapes or republishes our listings without permission.

You also agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable local, provincial, or federal law.
• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the security of, or disrupt the site or its underlying systems, including through bots, scrapers, or automated queries beyond normal browsing.
• Upload or transmit anything harmful, such as malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our systems, or other users' information.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any part of the site or the AI assistant.

The AI assistant

Our chat assistant is here to make it easier to explore what's available and get a sense of pricing, features, and availability. It draws on the information we have on file, which can be incomplete or change without notice — nothing it tells you is a guarantee of current pricing, availability, incentives, or final terms. Where it matters, we'll always point you toward a member of our team to confirm the details before you rely on them.

The assistant is a tool to help you explore, not a licensed real estate agent, broker, or financial advisor, and nothing it says should be treated as professional advice.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form or chat with our assistant, please make sure what you tell us is accurate and that it's actually you providing it — not submitted on behalf of someone else without their knowledge. This helps our team follow up with the right information, for the right person.

Getting in touch through the site

Parts of the site are set up to make it easy to connect with our team — for example, asking a question, filling out a contact form, or letting us know what you're interested in while you browse. When you do, the relevant details naturally make their way to the people on our end best placed to help, so someone can follow up with you directly. No liability for decisions made from this site

Intellectual property

The MyHomeGenie name, logo, and site design belong to us. Listing content belongs to the respective builders. Please don't reproduce or redistribute any of it without permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

If part of these terms doesn't hold up

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will still apply in full. These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and MyHomeGenie regarding your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
